Park Manor Senior Apartments

For the past two years, the owners have been renovating the apartments. This may sound like a good thing, but it means ongoing construction in the apartment while we are living in it. For example they decided to level the kitchen counter and replace the surface. They demanded that we completely pack up everything (EVERYTHING) in the kitchen to get out of the way for this work. It took about two weeks. At their convenience. There have been dozens of projects like this, with no consideration for our privacy or need for quiet. There is no compensation for loss of use of our space. We are threatened with fines if we don’t make space for the contractors. And at least 10-15 times my door has been left unlocked. Use To Live Here 5 Year's ago, But Decided to Give Notice Due to the fact No Outside Smoking Even On Your Back Porch Or Front Porch Which Faced the Creek. This in My opinion Is Totally Unacceptable Especially When Absolutely No one Could Smell the Outside Smoke Except for the Trees in the Creek. Instead I've Purchased a New Home Across the street 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms Oversize 2 Car Garage. Nobody Telling me what to do on the Outside of my Castle. I'm in Control Now. Otherwise it's a Clean Place To Live As long as you Follow the Unnecessary Rules and Regulations. Strick.

From filling out the paperwork with Karen prior to my move to interactions with other staff, the entire experience has been very cordial. Since I moved in (late October) I've met more neighbors than I did my entire tenure at my previous location (17 years). I especially like the single level arrangement of the apartments (no upstairs rumblings, lol) and I'm enjoying the peace and quiet that affords. All in all I am very happy to be here and so glad I made the move to Park Manor.

My mother has lived here for around 6 -7 years. I just recently had to move her out because she had to go to assisted living. This place has switched management 2-3 times over the course of her stay. The most recent management staff is the best. I’ve seen good changes over the past year. Tracey and Karen are very accommodating and people oriented. They listen as they try to accommodate the resident needs. My mom was always please by how they went the extra mile to help her out. They were also very helpful to me as I was moving my mom’s belongings out. You can’t mention Park Manor without mentioning Cleo, the best maintenance staff ever. Cleo goes out of his way to help the residence. He deserves kudos! He is a huge asset to this complex. He gets to know all the residents and is very perso

Karen in the office made my experience renting at Park Manor a wonderful transition!! She helped with what I needed is very professional and she's kind. The apt is very nice, the grounds are well kept, and the tenants are nice they are always waving!! 5 stars from me!!
