Park Lofts Apartments

I'm going on 4 years at this apartment. The two previous managers than ran the building haven't put as much care into this place than Linley has. For instance when most of the washers and dryers on floors 1,5,8&9 were beginning to have serious problems the run around I was given was well that company has broken their agreement. Thus its SOL for getting those fixed. Once Linley took over that issue has disappeared. She has finished replacing the carpet on all the floors the gym has had a complete overhaul in new equipment. The community room was recently built, I don't remember any other managers to date doing so many things for this place. It's always easier to fix little things when they occur instead of getting a full plate when you start. Getting ahold of management has been easy for me

Park Lofts is that place. Exposed brick, huge floor plans, and actual personality (rare). Feels industrial but cozy, super walkable, and the community is solid. If you want a loft apartment that doesn’t feel cookie-cutter, this is the spot to be. The new gym equipment and free Peloton membership are 🔥 and much appreciated. If you hate friendly people, good management, quick maintenance, and dogs, look else where because Park Lofts has it all.

Fun place to live and my loft has way more space and character than I could get anywhere else in NKC for the price. Love being able to walk to shopping, dining, and entertainment, and if I want to get around to other places in the city I hop on the bus right outside the building. Great neighborhood, neighbors, management, and building. My cats love living at Park Lofts too.

Park Lofts apartments is an awesome place to live in North Kansas City. The loft style apartments, historic brick and high ceilings give the space so much character. The location is super convenient—close to downtown Kansas City, the restaurants, and local spots. It’s a very walkable neighborhood and is convenient to public transportation. The apartments are huge and a great value for the neighborhood, plus you don’t have to waste money paying for parking. Management is friendly and responsive, maintenance is quick, and the community feels welcoming. If you’re looking for a loft apartment in North Kansas City with great vibes and great management, Park Lofts is a solid choice.

I've been at Park Lofts for about a year and a half now. Overall, I think I'm extremely lucky to find a spot here. Super convenient location and a beautiful building. I love being able to walk down the street to Screenland Armour. I am on the first floor and the high ceilings are really something. All the staff I've talked to are really friendly and Linley especially is always around to help with anything you need. While the building is great and I ultimately recommend it, I do think there are a few things people need to be aware of before moving in. 1). The building is old, so the elevators break down often. It seems like once a month I get an email from management saying one of the elevators is down. There are only two in the building. This doesn't affect me much since I'm on the first
