Sunny Hills Apartments

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Maintenance is the worst the staff only apologies because they really don't care. Total last month 12 days with no ac in one month came to fix 3 times again August 8 and 9th ac went again after replacing with new one. They don't care if you gonna have a heat stroke. Or have to use money you don't have to buy 300 portable one that doesn't even cool the entire house. They never have people on call like they state to fix tenants problems. They just want ya money. The building is old everythingbneeds replacing or just torn down period.

Plumbing is horrible the I live in a studio the kitchen sink clogs up all the time the bathroom sink clogs up all the time the toilet clogs up all the time somewhat less but like six times and you know a year and then the bathtub never drains

Sunny Hills has been quite a pleasant place to live. Having now lived here almost 7 years I have decided to renew my lease based on continued good experience. The apartments are generally well maintained with the exception of some wear and tear (my current apartment has had an issue with the heating/cooling that I was never able to get completely resolved) and are very quiet and peaceful. The staff are always pleasant and pretty easy to work with; they always work to solve issues to the best of their ability. Shout-out to Rossi who has been there to help me all the way from my first apartment to my newest one! If you are hesitant because of the negative reviews then I suggest at least meeting with one of the office ladies and seeing what they have to offer...you just might be surprised!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Beware before you move in here, the staff are extremely rude and don’t care about anything other than getting as much money as they can out of you. The buildings are in horrible condition and overall has been a horrible experience. They like to throw the word “lawyer” around alot, maybe to scare people? These apartments are horribly overpriced and there are tons of other apartments complex’s that are cheaper and better maintained. Rosie in the office is horrible, don’t deal with her if you are interested in living here. The apartments plumbing sucks, always backed up and flooding your apartments or hallway area. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

way to expensive for living in horrible kept apartments. staff is horrible and do not work with you on anything. Plumbing is horrible and every summer the ac stops working. sketchy neighbors! vehicles will get broken into or stolen here alot so be cautious of that.
