Park Lane Villas

I lived here for over three years. While it was okay at times, ongoing management issues ultimately made it a frustrating experience. Maintenance requests were rarely treated with urgency. For example, my kitchen sink leaked for days before anyone came out—after multiple follow-ups on my end. When I moved out, I was charged for damage that resulted from that unresolved leak, which I am still disputing. During my time here, the property went through three different property managers, which speaks volumes. While they were pleasant enough, they lacked experience and follow-through. Issues, concerns, and repairs were often brushed off or delayed until it was convenient for them. Move-out was the final insult. No matter how clean you leave the unit, they automatically charge $150 for a clean

We’re now in our second lease here and have been very happy overall. The community feels safe and welcoming, with both staff and residents being friendly and respectful. It’s a quiet, peaceful place to come home to after work. The apartments and grounds are well-kept, modern, and visually appealing. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall property is clean and well maintained. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the pool closes too early in the year. With the warm weather lasting through most of September, it feels like it shuts down right when you’d still want to use it. Keeping it open a few more weeks would make a great place even better.

Apartments are generally nice, large and open. The little neighborhood is cozy, clean, and sorta quiet. Apartments are beginning to show their age between old, worn materials and old appliances. Major negative is maintenance. They are never there when scheduled and always take shortcuts to meet their low standards, never done properly. You fill out a form, pick a date/time for work, and its useless as they have never been on time once. Many requests are closed with nothing being fixed, needing to request the same thing multiple times. There is absolutely no communication during this time either, or accountability. Snow removal often causes parking issues as spots are not cleared during the day. I generally shovel my car out, get my spot taken during the day, shovel out a spot at night, and

Its been 2 years going on 3 of living here and I love it here. Its calm and quiet. The neighbors are respectful of each other. Its a really nice community to be apart of. Sometimes maintenance is a bit slow, but that's okay depending on the situation.

Overall pretty nice. Been here about 8 years. Was more enjoyable when there were only single older adults living here with 1 person per unit. Now there are alot of younger people sharing apartments, taking up all parking, and WAY too many dogs. I cannot even walk out of my bldg without someone's dog lurching at me and barking not even a foot away. I've been bitten before so it's kinda like PTSD every time I walk out the door. Didn't used to be like that
