Need better washers and dryers. One washer out of order by me and other end dryers are horrible. So sad for seniors have to deal with with what they pay for rent every month. 😪 I love my apartment just need to get better washers and dryers.

My apartment was perfect and very easy to get to. Laundry and trash / recycle are very convenient. Management were very nice in offering help with anything I may need.

We love it here. Apartment is good size, we'll maintained. Good location for shopping. Perfect amenities for older community. Love our private outdoor space. Safe environment for wheelchairs and walkers. Wouldn't think of moving

We requested our outdoor light and furnace filter to be replaced and maintenance was here within 24 hours and replaced it.

Katie’s Place in West Seneca is a wonderful place to live. The apartment is spacious and the building is clean and safe. The residents are friendly and quiet and there are activities to do with the residents. Maintenance is slow. We waited three weeks to have the two washers in our laundry room repaired. I've been waiting four months to have the screech in my shower repaired.
