Park Kennedy

We moved here nearly 4 months ago and could not be more happy with our decision to call Park Kennedy home. The entire staff has been outstanding and accommodating, helping with everything from leasing questions to maximizing access to the community's incredible amenities. We especially appreciate our unit's new appliances and luxurious finishes, the kindness of our neighbors, and the surrounding neighborhood.

The staff is great. Shout-out to Mr. Leslie, Kim, and Jimaea at the concierge's desk who are great to talk to. Joshua in the leasing office is attentive and kind too. Everything works in the apartment. The common space is kept clean. The couple times I've had to make a maintenance request it was resolved in 1-2 days. The walls and floors are either thick or I just have quiet neighbors. I'm only moving out because I want to find some place cheaper, but I think this is a great place to live.

I have had a partnership with Park Kennedy for about a year now and everyone in the management office ROCKS! GinaMarie responds to me even when she’s off and she really loves her job. Joshua is always so professional and helpful. Richard, Foday, Anthony, and Tony always are on top of resolving issues timely. Overall, this building is well managed and everyone loves what they do, you can tell!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Gina the GM and her assistant Devanae are terrible. We just discovered water fraud on our bills and they have been disrespectful and rude concerning everyone’s concerns about the water. We are being charged x10 for every gallon used and it inflates our bills. The leases everyone signed mentions nothing about our gallon usage being multiplied by 10 and then charged by the water rate. That’s why everyone has $150-$400 water bills, even if there is only one person in the apartment. If you used 400 gallons they multiply the usage by 10, making it 4000 gallons. This needs to be investigated . This is some very expensive water and my skin and hair are dry. If I’m paying inflated water bills then I need SOFT water that doesn’t dry my hair out! I really enjoy living here. Beautiful building, very convenient location as there is a metro station right across the street, it’s also close to several grocery stores, including Safeway and Trader Joe’s. The concierge desk is always helpful and delightfully cheery, especially Drew! Not to mention there is a Thai restaurant right beside our building with delicious food and drinks.
