Park Hill

I rarely leave bad reviews, so if I do, it means the experience was genuinely terrible. I rented here for a year. The first half was great, but everything went downhill after the management changed. We moved out two months ago, and despite multiple emails and calls, we still haven’t received our deposit refund. Every time we call, we’re told the manager isn’t available, even on the day they said the manager would return. We were also told that Park Hill residents could use the McInnis pool, but after they replaced the lock and reopened the pool, only McInnis residents got new keys. The water was often lukewarm or cold, and things overall got worse toward the end of our lease. When we moved out, three other units did too. On one occasion, we tried to submit our rent check on a Saturday.

Apartment Assistant Manager Scott Ghinazzi was very helpful and assisted me from the day I toured the unit, the day I signed the contract and hand me the key, he help me to apply for PG&E for new account, he even help with my new bed frame and mattress that FedEX left it downstairs in the parking area, to bring it upstair to my apartment together with the apartment maintenance personnel James, everyone I met at McInnis Park & Park Hill Apartments are very nice.

We love our new place—clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Big thanks to Lorie Ann (the Property manager) for making the move-in process so smooth and for the fast application approval. She’s incredibly kind and helpful!

I asked them to check the stove and they did, but it no longer worked and they didn't leave a note saying it was ready to use. They will return to fix it.

They were great! Came in, had the job finished quickly, and were on their way. My new microwave works fine.
