Rafael Town Center Apartments

My girlfriend and I moved here from SoCal in August 2025 and have been happy about our move since. The complex is well kept, maintenance requests get handled in a timely manner, the list goes on and on. It's a very quiet complex with friendly faces all around. An ideal place for a young couple to live and explore, highly recommend!

My partner and I have lived here for a little over a year and love it! The building, amenities and staff are better than we could have hoped for when we were looking for an apartment. The staff especially (Jimi, Steve and Roger) are amazing. They don't simply help when there's a problem that needs fixing, they are proactive so that new problems don't arise. They consistently try to make sure that this is a great place to live, and their hard work pays off. (They are also just super chill, kind people.) The units are in great condition. The shared spaces and hallways are ALWAYS immaculate and are maintained on a regular basis. If you are willing to be ignored and treated like a fool, this is the best place. I scheduled a visit with Eva V to view the apartment and received messages and emails to confirm my appointment. I replied to all confirming that I would be present. I waited for over 20 minutes, and no one showed up to show the apartment. Until now, I have been receiving emails from Eva V asking about a visit that never took place. This is a clear display of incompetence and lack of professionalism.

This is a very nice apartment complex considering the location being right downtown. It feels very private and safe. The parking garage is a nice added benefit however this is no guest parking. The gym is nice but they very rarely restock the amenities such as water, wipes and hand sanitizer. The laundry machines went down once over the year I lived here and one of the elevators broke down twice. They are very responsive to any issues and if you need anything fixed they'll usually get it done in less than 24 hours. Overall it's a great place to live and I only moved out because of how expensive it is.

Rafael Town Center was a great place to live. I was there for about 3 years. I loved living right downtown and being able to walk everywhere. The nicely updated apartments made me feel right at home. There is an underground garage that kept my Tesla clean and out of the elements. The gym was huge and had all of the modern equipment you would expect from a luxury apartment building. The management team and maintenance crew were very responsive to any issues that came up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
