It’s been almost four months since I moved here, and I’m thoroughly enjoying every moment of my life. The community here is wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve been living here for two years now and have had a very positive experience overall. While everyone’s experience can be different, I truly think this is a place worth giving a chance. Management has been great, professional, and responsive. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled efficiently. The property is still fairly new and well maintained, and the location is a huge plus. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say and have enjoyed my time living here. Welcome MOX.

Apartment management has recently changed. When ZRS was managing the building the management and staff were great attentive and easy to communicate with. The new apartment staff has not been very helpful, taking over a property there should have at least been a meet and greet. Every time we go to the front office the staff are not very helpful in resolving issues or providing answers. Speaking with neighbors they are experiencing the same hostile environment when expressing maintenance or new parking concerns.

I had a visitor yesterday and properly registered his vehicle in the system as a visitor, following all the rules. At the front gate, there is a sign clearly stating that visitors must register their vehicle or it will be towed. The sign does not say anything about where visitors are allowed to park, nor does it mention specific visitor parking spots. Unfortunately, the visitor parking area was completely full, so my guest parked in an empty spot nearby. There were plenty of open spots at the time. Even so, his car was towed. When I went to the leasing office and explained the situation to the manager that the visitor was registered, that visitor parking was full, and that the signage only mentions registration, her response was very cold and dismissive. For a long-term space to live in. Oh trust me, you do not want to be here! I have repeatedly emailed the apartments due to a domestic violence situation and they have not yet to take my safety seriously. It has caused me emotional distress during my pregnancy. I have made multiple police calls during the incidents and nobody showed up. The apartments were trying to charge me over $5000 to terminate my lease. Which forces me to continue living here in fear. And let's not talk about the parking! Oh Lord, there are only 12 parking spaces for visitors that quickly gathers up, I cannot park comfortably at my own home without getting towed. At first, I loved living here. But now it's become my worst nightmare. Not to mention, the crime rate is very high in our area. I have witnessed a dead body,
