Park Hill Apartments

I moved here from the city. Let just say it better than the city. I been here 5 years and my apartment is still in good shape. I have no problems. No mice no rodents and the landlord Terry is very nice and fair. Not gonna say it’s the best place but it bet living in NYC

I really don't know how to start this review but here it goes. I have been on a one bedroom wait-list for over five years now. As of last year I have been number six on that list. I have tried to call several times but have not had a return call. I had no choice but to move in with my daughter because my home was condemned. I have submitted changes, in writing, to this complex. I know one bedrooms are scarce but I feel a wait-list of more then five years is a bit excessive.

U only have to pay 30 percent of income towards rent and the college is down the block along with a supermarket😍😍😍 Love it here

What a dirty ghetto place & management doesn't care not for a second; there are apts.with open ceilings cracked walls & floors; They need the state to come visit then maybe they'll start fixing; i visited & experienced it for myself; very poor management

The perfect place if you ever wanna freeze to death in the winter or die of heat stroke in the summer 👏🏻
