Park Haven

Update from when I first moved to Park Haven Apts approximately 3 years ago. It was a nice place Maintenance/Manager did all he could After 2 year of being there down hill. When they took away his position of Manager and he was just our Maintenance . This 4th Manager they have now they should had sent her back ASAP ! You call the Manager or send email office you be LUCKY to get a reply back in 2 weeks if any at all. When you finally get her on the phone conversation with Manager her attitude stinks she talks down to people FYI Management never asked me to relocate , Check this out Now if you like getting out of your warm bed walking on bedroom wet carpet if that's the place for you and pay rent for wet bedroom carpet God Bless you

So far WORST Apartment Ever !!! No way in contacting management, maintenance guy is fast and cool on certain things! But management there no way of getting a hold of them!! There RATS in some units. My partner and I tried everything to kill or get rid of the rats but nothing is helping.!!! Pool is disgusting looks like it hasn’t been cleaned In months, Trash can or bins are always full and never cleaned ! These apartment need a BETTER MANAGEMENT !!!!

I lived here for a year while and I can honestly it was horrible. Michelle was rude and I gathered she felt entitled. Never was late on rent or anything but when I called about issues, they weren’t resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, I called regarding the furnace in the summer and the maintenance man took it apart and said he would be back in the morning. He didn’t come back which was a Saturday and they were closed Sunday so my child and I were hot for a few days. . . I had leaks that weren’t fixed timely as well. Additionally, there aren’t cameras on the gated community and I had my car broken into by someone who didn’t live on the property. I rathered I stayed on base than moving off of it to this place. Small space for a big price.

I been here for awhile now and I have seen an AWESOME turn around since mr, Rodney has came to this property he has did an amazing job on the property and has gotten bad tents out. Thank you so much for being an AWESOME manager and maintenance.

This place has gone down since the new owners purchased it! The ground look horrible the laundry room is God awful the machines never work, when you want a repair down they never have the parts, and most recently you don't know who to contact when you need a repair.
