I had such a great experience speaking with Miss Trina while looking at apartments. From the very beginning, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. She has a great sense of humor, which made the whole conversation feel natural and comfortable. What I appreciated most about her is that she’s very straightforward and honest. She doesn’t beat around the bush; she’s blunt in the best way, clear, and direct. As someone who is also very straightforward, I truly value that kind of communication. It made the process feel transparent and stress-free. Miss Trina is doing an amazing job. My first impression of the property was clean and quiet. Entering the management office, it felt cozy and welcoming. There was one person in the office at the time Mrs Trina, and she gave poised and professional. Aside from the property, she definitely assisted in my decision to choose this property. She was clear, upfront and personable. Perfect combination for great customer service. I expect to have a great experience during my stay.

Trina is absolutely amazing! We were having a hard time cause we had to road trip almost 8 hours away day before move in day to get our things. She stayed almost a full hour after she was supposed to leave to get our lease signed and get our keys! 10/10 love her! Thank you so much!
