Reposting since I changed my google account and felt the review was warranted. Originally posted end of 2024. I lived here for about a year and a half and we’re just counting down the days to leave. Pros: - The maintenance guy is super cool and prompt, the only gem of this place honestly. Cons: - The walls are super thin, you can hear the neighbors snoring, and if you have loud neighbors on top or on the side, good luck concentrating during the day or sleeping at night. - You get the privilege of paying $55 for one parking spot. If you have two cars it will be a nightmare. The street parking fills up with cars that rarely move, and the main street is filled up by 5pm and weekends. - Management never updates you on anything. We’ve been through scheduled black outs we weren’t informed of
I’ve worked in property management for over five years, and this is one of the worst-run communities I’ve ever seen. The unit itself was decent, and maintenance staff and neighbors were great -- but that’s where the positives end. The rent is high for the size and lack of amenities (no dishwasher, frequent water shut-offs, 1 parking spot max, zero guest parking). Halfway through our lease, they started parking lot construction (with no warning -- we wouldn't have rented here if we had known), and they gave less than 24 hours to move our cars or be towed. During that time, my car was totaled in a hit-and-run while parked on the street. Management is the real nightmare. The property manager, Helena, is almost never in her office, ignores emails and calls (<10% email response rate, 0% phone
Please believe the bad reviews. Left my lease early because this place was so bad. Luis the maintenance guy is the only one i will happily give 5 stars and say he was awesome! Management is horrible. They took our ENTIRE $3300 deposit and had the nerve to say we still owed them more. Told me in person that I "cleaned it so well we wont charge you a cleaning fee," also told us "we wont charge you for paint because the apartment is due for new paint anyway." When the only marks that were made was peeling due to them painting on 20 layers. There was left over hairs that were painted into our pantry when we moved in🤣 THEN STILL CHARGED US FOR PAINT. ANYTIME i called the front office they would never answer. Also had 1 handicap spot all the way in the back, I asked them for a closer spot to m
Poor communication. I applied for an apartment but the application was flagged because my gf had her identity stolen. This is fine and understandable, but after telling us that they were waiting for approval from upper management, we have never heard back and no phone calls have been returned. They kept both of our application deposits.... I have tried calling and contacting them from their website multiple times.
I have lived here for almost 3 years and I've never had any complaints until recently. Two and a half weeks ago, 30 units got flooded and some of us chose to go stay somewhere else temporarily. Well, for two weeks there was little to no communication from the leasing office on the work being done or the level of water in my unit. This is extremely poor customer service. Eventually they removed the dehumidifiers from my unit, but they didn't even tell me, so I had no idea until I came back. Now I've been back for three days and no one is ever in the office when I try to go follow up about any repairs that need to be done. Extremely poor handling of this situation and poor customer service.
