Starting out I enjoyed living here only to be humiliated in the end!!! First and foremost there was always a leak. Half the outlets didn’t work in the house either. A family member was staying with me and was an innocent bystander in a shooting there. They accused my cousin and her mechanic of being involved then terminated my lease! There are no gates out there to even keep strangers out! It always smelled of weed outside! They lied and said they removed another tenant involved in the incident but he still there doing drugs!!!! Most humiliating experience ever and I WILL be taking them to court!!! The owner is trash and had no heart to even reach out to me! All her lapdogs speak for her! The new manager is standing on business this the first time someone took initiative to hear us out and actually get the job done she making park estates a better community better than what anyone else did in that office. She get stuff done ✅ you can view all the bad reviews but this neighborhood changing if she was to ever leave im going to leave with her thats how good of a Property Manager she is.( shoutout to the company for finally hiring someone with some sense it took yall years to get us someone worth it) Give that women her MUNYUNNNN SHE DESERVES IT

I had a pleasure of working with Ms.Aaliyah Lee property manager, who was so patient and dedicated to getting me into my place. So far I’ve had a wonderful experience. As a new resident, I am happy to call PARK ESTATES home.

The manager Sakenna was very professional and accommodating when I came in to inquire about renting an apartment. We actually arrived a little late and the office was closed but she went out of her way to show me a unit and answer all of my questions even though it was after business hours. She was very pleasant and friendly. By all accounts my first impressions were great.

It was simple and very easy. Ms.Aaliyah Lee was very helpful and mindful and respectful and not to mention she keep it clean and on top of things. I appreciate her a lot. She was really there for me through this whole ordeal…
