Park Emerald Apartments

My roomate and I lived there for a while... the pipe burst in the bathroom while we were at work, it flooded the hall, and part of the bathroom. They said they would come in soak the water out of the carpet and get it cleaned so it wouldn't smell, they never did. Then my upstairs neighbor's garbage disposal back up and flooded my kitchen, and onto my living room carpet. Once again they didn't clean the carpet, and the tile in the kitchen bubbled up and was never fixed. And it took them three days to come and fix her disposal so the problem wouldn't keep happening. My bedroom window leaked everytime it rained, the first time it leaked it soaked part fo my bed. They told me to put a towel down in the window.
