Park Crest at Glover Park Apartments

my experience at Park Crest has been disappointing enough that future residents deserve an honest warning. For an apartment that costs nearly $2,000 a month, the level of support from management is far below expectations. When issues are reported, the response feels like a polite way of saying nothing will be done. I’ve had two packages stolen, including one that disappeared within minutes of being delivered. One package was left ripped open, as shown in the attached photo. There was no compensation, no rental deduction, and not even a small courtesy credit such as laundry fees. Many residents in building 2304 now avoid shipping items here because packages routinely go missing. Management’s only suggestion has been to send deliveries to a friend or the nearest post office. Maintenance is quick, reliable, and friendly! Park Crest is a great place to be with friendly leasing staff and spacious apartments. Selena helped us find our dream apartment, and maintenance staff including Nasir, Joel, and Emmanuel have fixed all issues promptly!

My garbage disposal was not working because my daughter accidently put a paint brush down the sink without us knowing. Joel the maintenance tech came and finished the work in less that 5 minutes. I haven't had any issues since. Maintenance works fast and if there are any issues or delays, the office team makes sure to communicate and that our needs are met. Thanks Park Crest Team!

Park Crest at Glover Park Apartments was my first big girl apartment, and I couldn’t have been happier with it! My leasing agent was Selena Anderson, and I cannot stress this enough, but SHE IS AMAZING!!!!! She helped me every step of the way. She’s such a light in the office. Literally the kindest, nicest, sweetest leasing agent (my mom asked if she could “look out for me” since it was my first time living in an apartment, and Selena did just that🥹). 110% recommend Selena to be your agent!! I've lived in a unit on Davis Place for about a year, and overall, my experience has been mixed. I really love the neighborhood—it’s a great area—and I genuinely liked the layout and feel of my apartment itself. That said, our first year here had its challenges, mainly due to noise from upstairs neighbors. The building has thin walls and floors, so your experience may depend heavily on who lives around you. Unfortunately, for us, it affected our sleep enough that we eventually had to move to a different unit within Park Crest.
