Park Circle Village

Park Circle Village Apartments was my home for the last 3 years. It was the perfect place to live for an awesome price compared to everything else. The apartments are very nice, updated, and the walls are not paper thin. The location puts you in the middle of Charleston county and makes it very convenient to get anywhere you need to go. The office staff and maintenance crew respond very quickly and are very nice and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Shawn, a team member on the maintenance crew, happily assisted me with a flat tire in the apartment complex parking lot. He was super nice, attentive, and thorough with his help. Really appreciate him!

Great place to live - close to Park Circle restaurants and entertainment. The property is well maintained, amenities are great, and apartments are nice with updated appliances. Beth in the front office is super helpful, and she was able to answer all of my questions. The maintenance team was always quick to respond to maintenance requests. Overall, I recommend Park Circle Village to anyone looking for a place to live!

I’ve had an exceptional experience living at this luxury apartment community! Macy, the property manager, is absolutely phenomenal—always professional, attentive, and dedicated to making residents feel valued. Beth, the assistant, is equally amazing, always friendly and quick to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is outstanding! They respond promptly to requests and go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with top-notch amenities and a peaceful, upscale atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place where management truly cares and everything is handled with excellence, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for more than a year before I recently moved. I interacted with Macy and Beth a lot and they were great in helping me out with anything that I needed. I also enjoyed the pool and if that is your thing, you will really enjoy living here. Also, I don't own a dog but I did see many people use the dog park each day and interact with each other. The location is also great, very easy to walk, drive, or bike (whichever is your speed) to Park Circle and restaurants. Valet trash service is very convenient. In my apartment specifically, I did some have issues with bugs. Also, my AC was fixed by maintenance but didn't regulate temperature very well (it would randomly turn off and temp would increase and I would have to keep cutting it down). Overall, I would recommend giving them a shot
