Park + Broad - Boutique Apartments

I lived in these apartments from April 2024 - March 2025. Pros: - The apartments look great on the inside. - The price compared to other places in Savannah was decent when we moved in. - Tacos and Tequila and Kroger are within walking distance. Cons: - The management is almost non-existent at this location. Would have to call or travel to the Grove (their other location) to get anything done. - The apartment was not ready when we moved in (picture of messed up wall), and we had the apartment held for almost an entire month prior to moving in. - The areas around the apartment were not well-maintained. There were over a dozen dead bugs in the hall-ways and the pool would get gross. - Sometimes gun-shots go off in the neighborhood. - They were trying to increase our rent by over $350 per mo

My unfortunate experience with this apartment complex started from the very first week I moved in. First, I was given a useless key, and despite multiple attempts to contact the office for a replacement, the response was always, "We're working on it," or there was simply no one available in the office. It's hard to understand what's going on with the management here, as it seems like there have been multiple changes in staff already. The office is usually empty, and it's nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. As for the amenities, I've visited the pool a few times, and it was consistently dirty. To make matters worse, they increased the property management fee without any notice. By the time I moved out, I was paying $71.52 per month just for the property fee. Overall, this place has

I had a wonderful experince with the leasing process here. Dominique was amazing and so helpful, getting me approved for a unit in a short period of time. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. My new apartment is beautiful and the move in was effortless thanks to the buildings' staff.

I moved into the Park and Broad Apartments in the beginning of August, and I’ve love it here. The amenities are great. The pool & gym are both very clean and kept up very well. My move in process was so easy & smooth going because of Taylor and James. Taylor in the leasing office is super helpful. The apartment complex itself, is very clean and nice. Not too far from downtown, which is convenient since I’m at senior at SCAD and need to be close to the scad buildings. I also love the apartments themselves. They are newer & more modern then other places you’d find in Savannah. It’s definitely worth the price!!! I love it here.

This is a wonderful apartment place run by an amazing community. I have been living here for 2 years now, and I did not run into any issues with my apartment. Everything is clean, renovated, and ready for you to move in at ease. Communication with the working staff here is excellent, they are very helpful and kind. The location is also very convenient to major places in Savannah. Overall, the community here is great and helpful. They have incredible services and prioritize their residents with much care and support. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a nice relaxing place to live in.
