Worst apartment ive ever lived in. Carbon monoxide leaks in multiple appliances, toilet clogs, bathtub clogs, washer shorting fuses in kitchen cutting off the fridge, washer leaking, took a month to replace although ive called for weeks, hole in ceiling ect ect all within one month of moving in. Mgmt doesnt care, demands you write issues on their portal and then you have to hassle them via phone to get anything done. I still have a hole in my ceiling who knows when it will be fixed. Maintenance takes forever to come out and everyone tells you they had no idea about your problem although youve left NUMEROUS voicemails and emails. LIT sucks. Also major rat issues.
