Park at Vinings

I had a wonderful experience working with Trina Slade during my leasing process at The Park at Vinings. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions clearly, kept me informed throughout each step, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and organized. Her attention to detail and positive attitude truly stood out. I’m grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking to lease here.

I have been a resident for 3 months now and I am happy that I chose PAV. My daughter, my dog and I are enjoying the community. Our neighbors are friendly and we enjoy walking our dog throughout the community. My unit is clean, quiet and we have a beautiful view (nature) behind our apartment. One con is that we hear the freight train go by from time to time. Trina and the other leasing office personnel have been very helpful. I would definitely recommend that you take a tour and see if the community is for you. Reasonably priced in my opinion for Smyrna and I’m thankful for Trina. She answered all of my questions and displayed professionalism throughout the whole process.

Moving in to the Park at Vinings has been an awesome and efficient experience. The front desk associate, Trina, was absolutely stellar. She answered all questions and provided all the info I needed to have a smooth transition into my new home, all with a smile on her face and a wonderful attitude. I can’t wait to enjoy my time here!

I had a great experience visiting and touring Park at Vinings. The manager was incredibly kind, professional, and very knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. The entire staff was also wonderful friendly, helpful, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The community was well-maintained, and you can really tell they take pride in providing excellent service and creating a positive environment. Overall, my visit left a great impression, and I would definitely recommend Park at Vinings to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

It felt like home from the start. They aren't new or fancy but it's a well settled, quiet community. I love all the trees and greenery around. Country living in the city. All of this is great but Trina is the icing on the cake. She and I hit it off from the start. She is so efficient and will bend over backwards to answer any questions or get things done. She had a lot to do with me deciding to move here. Very friendly, honest, and professional. I hope to enjoy my stay here however long that may be. Everyone in the office is very nice but Trina is my go to girl!!!
