I dont leave reviews, but after living here I feel like I need to warn people considering this apartment. If you want an apartment with at least the guaranteed bare minimums (AC, heating, warm water, safety, etc) do not live here. Our first month we did not have clean nor hot water. It took them over a month to replace the broken, rusted water heater (Heads up to future tenants, some if not all water heaters are located outside and the pilot lights tend to blow out often in the winter/during windy weather). Our ceiling has had multiple leaks that they “fixed” but did nothing to fix the water damage left on the actual ceiling. During our year here, the gates never worked for more than a month at a time leading to multiple instances of crime in the area (see other reviews here for more detai
Positives: The apartment I moved into was very clean and after a quick check of all appliances seemed fully functional, with zero lingering off putting/pet smells or evidence of mold or water damage. I love the layout of the apartment (Fisher), with the washer/dryer by the door and sufficiently far from the bedroom so you're not trying to sleep through the noise of laundry being done if you throw your stuff in the washer/dryer right before you go to sleep. Insulation seems pretty well done as my apartment stays neutral in temp with only the occasional cool/heat for ~15min once every several hours to maintain temperature and has very low transmission of outside noise. Been once or twice now that i would open my peacefully quiet apartment door to find that someone is playing loud music in th
To those who may consider relocating to Aspire, I am a current resident of Aspire Perimeter, and I am compelled to bring to your attention several concerning issues within the community. When my family relocated to Atlanta in the spring of 2021, Aspire Perimeter provided an excellent living environment. Initially, all amenities, including the pool, gym, grills, and communal areas, were well-maintained and consistently clean. However, I regret to inform you that since the latter part of 2022, there has been a noticeable decline in the maintenance and overall quality of our facilities. The maintenance team turnover has been frequent, and whenever they do address our apartment concerns, we are greeted by unfamiliar faces. Approximately two months ago, a team member was terminated for allege
I was a resident of aspire perimeter from 2018 to 2021. I was fascinated with the community up until 2021 when crime started to increase in the community. Due to the previous property manager and his negligence regarding a sexual assault that occurred and they didn’t send an email to any of the tenants. In addition to I had a mold issue growing within the walls. I still have yet to receive any correspondence from the leasing office and they sent me a cease & desist letter after I incurred so many medical bills. Aspire perimeter negligence regarding the repairs of my apartment as well as the broken gate allowed criminals to enter into my apartment and sexually assault me.
Previously this was part of another management and the community was aspire perimeter. I stayed in this community for a good 18 months I would say and i had 5 maintenance requests which were resolved probably after 3-4months of requesting. However, recently the managment has changed to BH and they are doing an awesome job in enhancing the community and the maintenance team respond just in time and get the job done perfectly. Jeremy and Alex are the maintenance guys and they didnt give me even a slight discomfort with their service. I would say Great job to the management on having such dedicated team on their property and hoping that you guys continue to keep up the good work
