I am writing to share how much I truly enjoy living at The Parks at Summer Grove. From the moment I moved in, I have felt welcomed and valued as a resident. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located, which makes it a wonderful place to call home. The management and staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, the team has addressed my concerns promptly and with a positive attitude. I love this place, I’ve lived here for about 4 yrs now and the office staff especially Elda have always been nice/helpful and understanding of any situation I have going on. I’ve never had any maintenance issues maybe something very minor and the maintenance team will come by right away. Property is well maintained and clean!!! I get compliments on my unit often 😊.

I had a wonderful experience with ( Carolyn ) from the leasing office. He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. His support made the experience smooth and stress-free. Our request for 3 maintenance repairs is complete! A special thanks of gratitude for the installation and use of these two spanking brand new beauties by Mr. Carlos & Mr Jacob!
