I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Waneka (WaWa). She was incredibly pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire apartment showing. I drove five hours to see the property and arrived just ten minutes before closing time, yet WaWa did not hesitate at all to assist me. She took the time to truly listen to my needs and thoughtfully suggested a property that aligned perfectly with what I was looking for. Her patience, positive attitude, and genuine care made the experience feel seamless and welcoming, especially after such a long drive. I just want to knowledge my leasing agent Tierra and property manager Shawn I’ve had a great experience with this leasing office from start to current . The staff is professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Communication has been clear, and they genuinely make you feel valued as a resident. I really appreciate the level of customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend! And not to mention to maintenance team always keep our Community clean and livable especially Shameek a1 go over and beyond

I just want to take a moment to shout out Tierra, the lease consultant here. She truly went above and beyond to make my move-in process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming from start to finish. She stayed in communication, made sure I had everything I needed, and treated me with genuine care the entire time. If you’re planning on moving here, do yourself a favor and go see Tierra you’ll be in great hands!

I had a challenging situation last week, and they both were very responsive and patient with me. The team in this community are compassionate and very professional. Anyone would be glad to call this community their home.
