Customer Reviews
I lived in this apartment for three years and had a great overall experience. The community was quiet, well-maintained, and felt safe throughout my entire stay. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, and the staff was always helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself was comfortable and functional, with enough space to truly feel like home. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated how the property was consistently kept clean and orderly. The location was also a big plus—close to stores, food, and major routes, which made day-to-day life easy. After three years, I’m only moving due to personal reasons, not because of any issues with the property. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to li
This place is a hazard. Let me first start off by saying that my husband and I have been living here for about 3 years and had to move out November of 2024 because it was no longer safe for us to raise our baby. The leasing office is neglectful and makes excuses because one company doesn't want the property for longer than a year, homeless break in and squat, and maintenance request doesn't get done. We had to buy a cheap camera door bell because management open our unit door when I didn't answer to discuss rent and didn't leave after I told him I couldn't because I was nursing my baby. Then proceeded to demand when we would pay rent, when confronted about this they said it wasn't illegal because there were people abandoning units so they had to make sure we were still living there. Then t
When I first moved here back in September 2023 it was quiet and okay for the most part. But boy I tell you it has went downhill from roaches to broken front door and leaks in the hallway ceiling. If you have kids or live alone this is not a safe environment for you. Also not to mention we have homeless that lives here for free (in the laundry room) while we are getting charged extra fees because management is so unorganized & unprofessional. Also they come in your apartment anytime they want instead of just leaving notes on your door. Management switches so often you wouldn’t even know. If you have work in the mornings don’t expect to sleep because you will hear the door slamming every 15 minutes if you don’t that means the door is wide open inviting anyone. I can go on and on about how ba
I’m extremely grateful to Dom for helping me find the right apartment in Colorado Springs. He was patient, honest, and truly listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to rush the process. He made everything stress-free, kept me informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a place in the Springs.
This has been the absolute worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. They did not abide by my signed leased rent amount and continued to overcharge every month. When I adjusted the payments to correct amount and notified them monthly, they said I had missed payments and tanked my credit. In the year I lived here, we went through 3 groups of office staff, no one being there longer than 3-4 months. It wasn’t until October (10 months into my lease) that the amount was corrected and they stopped charging me their renters insurance. After October, each time I went to the leasing office or attempted to email them no one was there and my emails bounced back. Now that it’s the month my lease ends, they are wanting to charge me their renters insurance entire month rather than the 10 days of the month
