12/2025!!!!Do NOT move in here unless you are okay with living with roaches. They will say they don't have roaches they do the apartments are infested with them coming out of drains and outlets. I fist signed my lease end of July/August was very unhappy with the apartment due to finding roaches and the apartment not being properly cleaned or ready for move in. The office staff did help try to rectify the situation and moved me to a different available unit. Within the first month I started seeing roaches in the unit that they moved me too. The apartment complex does offer free pest control despite not disclosing the infestation of bugs before you move in however they only come on Tuesdays and they can not give you a time when they will be there. I absolutely love it here! From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which really shows how much they care about their residents. The amenities are always clean and convenient, and the grounds are beautifully kept. Neighbors are friendly, and it truly feels like a community rather than just an apartment complex. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with great management and excellent service, this is it! Highly recommend!

DO NOT MOVE IN – These apartments are disgusting. Since the day we moved in, we’ve dealt with nonstop roach infestations despite keeping our home clean daily. The problem is far bigger than “pest control”—the entire complex is infested. When we moved in, our dishwasher still had rusty, dirty dishes left behind from the previous tenants, and nothing has been replaced. I’ve submitted multiple work orders, but maintenance never comes out to fix anything. The management is a joke. The only person with compassion is one staff member; everyone else treats tenants like they don’t matter. For example, when our AC went out in the middle of the Arizona heat, I was told the maintenance man was “cleaning the pool” first. I had to write a new review because after some thought I felt I needed to be honest. This apartment complex is awful with a bandaid on top. Roaches are a HUGE issue that they never fix no matter how many times we've sprayed for them. And they tried to blame us for the issue. Water damage everywhere. They don't actually update the apartments overtime. The water has lead and has now been announced to be contaminated with cancer causing forever chemicals. There's a huge issue with stray cats. I was assaulted in the parking lot and when emailed for the camera footage I was ignored. The pool is almost never open. The mailbox for packages has been broken this entire time. I wish I wasn't stuck staying here. We had 2 roof leaks in the first month being here. The doors literally fall of the hinges

As a resident I feel that the rent is a good value for the quality of the apartments and amenities offered. The complex is known for being pet-friendly, making it a great option for those with furry friends. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Also very well maintained property the grounds and facilities are impeccably maintained, creating a clean and pleasant living environment.
