Park at Meadow Ridge Apartments

I’ve lived out here since 2022, and AT FIRST, it was the best decision I’d made. Once the company HVG Management took over 2 years ago, it’s been nothing but problems when it comes to the monthly rent! The only reason I renewed my lease the last 2 years, is because of Mr. Elton Walker, Ms. Angela, and Ms. Joyce because they made sure whatever their word was they kept it, the property was kept up, any maintenance requests were done within a timely manner. Mr. Walker would walk the property any time of day or night when called. After renewing my lease, my rent was never the same amount each month. When the company decided to add lights on the outside of the apartment building, they split the monthly costs, listed as Electric Utility fee would fluctuate from $16-$20 extra on my rent , every

I’ve been living here for about 4 months and I really love it. The community is peaceful, no car break ins, my neighbors are quiet, and maintenance has come in a timely manner to check on any issues I’ve had so far. They haven’t fixed the issue regarding a leak in my ceiling when it rains. Otherwise I would’ve given five stars. Very great community though.

Hi everyone, I’ve been a resident at these Apartments for 3 years and I am sooo impressed. From the first time met all the staff, they were very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The property management Mr .Elton, he took the time to help me look around and tour the property as well. Now let’s talk about the property maintenance, 10/10 ✨ Everything was so peaceful and welcoming even the neighbors. Maintenance was on point as well. If you’re looking for a great apartment, this is what you are looking for.

Hi, I’ve been a resident here at “Park at Meadow Ridge Apartments” for 3 years. I’m absolutely so in love with what the community has to offer, THE BEST Property Manager ever and the rest of the staff that work in the office as well. Also, everyone here is so professional and on tasks with their jobs. Not to mention, during holidays they offer great treats and opportunities for the kids of the community to enjoy themselves. These are the PEOPLE YOU ARE LOOKING.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is professional and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are kept in good condition. Parking and communication could be improved slightly, but overall this is a very comfortable and well-managed community.
