Park at Countryside Apartments

My husband and I moved here February 2025, and we absolutely love it. It’s our first apartment and this place couldn’t be more perfect. We have a 1 bedroom and it’s perfect. We love using the pool, it’s very clean. all the amenities are great; the pool, the communal area, and the laundry room are all clean and in working condition. I truly believe this place runs well bc of the manager, DONNA. She really keeps this place running like a well oiled machine. She is sooo helpful also whenever I have any concerns. Also, the maintained turn around, in my experience has been less than 24hrs! I’ve never had an issue for unforeseen for very long. Also, Donna is extremely great at communicating anything going on. She’s truly amazing and deserves all the praise. If you’re considering these apartments

Without a doubt, I have received the most absolute best service at this apartment complex. I have lived here the past two years and Donna, the office manager, has been one of the most amazing managers I’ve come across. I have dealt with many apartment complexes and had to deal with much frustration from past managers who really didn’t care and lack of communication but I can say without a doubt Countryside Apts has been the best experience ever. If you’re looking for the best of Port Orange but not having to pay an arm and a leg for it this is by far the best Apartment complex to rent from with the greatest experience from a manager, that cares. Don’t want to downplay the maintenance team because they have been helpful and great too.

I have lived here for almost a year. I have had very little issues but when I do they are taken care of immediately. The communication between the office manager and the maintenance crew with me has been excellent. They are all carring and make it a great place to live.

First and foremost, the entire staff is AMAZING! Donna is a wonderful manager who is always willing and able to help her tenants. Andy and Jake take excellent care of the property and all maintenance needs promptly and efficiently. This was my husband Carlton and my first place together and we couldn't have picked a better place to live. The community is quiet, friendly and also centrally located to practically every creature comfort known to man 😆. We recently have upgraded to a 3 bedroom elsewhere but we would recommend Park at Countryside for anyone looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. We will miss living here and it will always have a special place in our hearts!

I enjoyed my time here at Countryside. Not a bad apartment for my 1st one. Donna was so great and very very helpful in the 2 years that I was here! She is very caring and was on top of communication.
