Park at 55th

Park 55th is the best and I just love interacting with the manager. She is so cool Rosemary. It’s like she got all of our backs and that’s not just me speaking for myself. I think I am speaking for a park 55th.

The community is peaceful, family-friendly, and conveniently located near schools and shopping. The staff and maintenance team are helpful and responsive. We are happy to call this place home.

I asked for one of the doors to be fixed and he didn’t fix it the door right still gets stuck we can’t go in or out without almost breaking the door down. Also my heater isn’t working still after he just opened it up did something and said it’s fixed he didn’t check to see if the heat was coming on it’s been almost a month and they still haven’t fixed anything in my apt

I’m searching for a new apartment and I called before coming and told the lady that I will be there in 10 minutes before hand. Approximately 10 minutes after I have arrived the door was locked and the front desk lady was having lunch. She simply could’ve told me that she would be taking an hour lunch and to come back after instead I wasted my time driving 20 minutes there and back for nothing. The communication really wasn’t well.

The first week I got there. My book bag I've stolen out my car. They have cameras, but they don't have them by our cars. Mine, my dishwasher was broke for the whole 2 years. I was there. My clothing door was broke for the whole 2 years. I was there. My air conditioner was going in and out for the last year. They don't keep the porches clean.And when I try to block it off when I click it.They told me to take the stuff down. I will never tell anybody to go here.It was the worst experience in my life
