I have lived here for two years, and overall it has been a great and unique experience. The buildings are new, clean, and well maintained, and the staff truly deserves special appreciation. The manager, Joseph, is highly professional, understanding, and genuinely wonderful—always helpful and respectful. The maintenance team is also excellent; they respond quickly and work very hard. As for the community, the residents are friendly; however, there are many children, which at times has caused noise issues and made it difficult to keep the outdoor areas clean. There is often noise late at night between 10:00–11:00 p.m. and early in the morning around 9:00 a.m. I hope Joseph can help address this situation, as some residents work overnight and need to rest during the day, while others need to

The maintenance team is also excellent; they respond quickly and work very hard. As for the community, people are friendly, but there are many children, and sometimes this caused noise and made it difficult to keep the outdoor areas clean.
