Park 88

I moved here 2 years ago and recently moved out due to lack of maintenance on the building. When I had first moved in it was very clean and kept up well. After about 6 months it went all down hill. The elevator breaks about once a month for weeks, made me very scared to use. For months and months the security system was not working so anybody who wanted to come in the building could. I got a knock on my APARTMENT door one day of somebody trying to sell something… I’m on the 4th floor of what was supposed to be a locked building. I had a storage unit on the 3rd floor and I had caught on my bill that i was being charged twice for that and it feels as though they were up-charging a lot for water sewer and a service fee?. Park88 has been such a wonderful place to call home, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a great community to live in. From the start, the office ladies, Lyndsey and Zoe, have been nothing but sweet, welcoming, and so helpful—they truly go above and beyond and are honestly the best! The maintenance team is also fantastic. They’re always quick to respond, professional, and get things done right away, which gives me so much peace of mind. I really appreciate how well everything is taken care of here, and it makes a big difference in the overall living experience. Between the caring staff and the fast, reliable service, I can honestly say I love living here and couldn’t be happier with my choice.

I lived at Park 88 for 2 years. I chose to move there because the location was excellent, and the apartment was very clean. Unfortunately after BAM Management took over, this whole apartment complex took a turn for the worst. Now I want to be completely honest in writing this review, as I hate to ever have to give a one star, so that being said, I am providing evidence to back my experience living here. Cleanliness: The worst part of living here was the overall cleanliness of the apartment. The floors and hall carpets have multiple stains and the smells in the hallways are really bad. It seems they only care about cleaning the entrance of the building and I notice they only give tours using the first elevator as it’s cleaner. The back side of the building and other elevator feels complet

I’ve lived here for about a year and have been very pleased with my experience. The apartment is spacious for the price, with a generously sized closet and modern, updated features. I especially appreciate the smart technology—being able to control the door lock, heating, and cooling through an app adds a lot of convenience. One of the main reasons I chose this community is its dog-friendly environment. Residents are very respectful of each other’s pets, and the on-site dog park with real grass is a great bonus. I also enjoy the surrounding nature—it’s common to see geese, rabbits, and a variety of birds throughout the neighborhood, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere.
