Park 85 Apartments

I have been here for 2 years now. The place is beautiful and very spacious. The management especially Pam is amazing. The maintenance guy is a good one too. Always saying hi. He also responds very quickly to any issues related to maintenance. So far so good. It’s now PARK 85!!

I don't recommend moving here at all. The management is terrible and rude especially Pam. They don't even bother to tell you that they have an exterminator come out EVERY WEEK on Tuesday for their infestation of mice, ants, and roaches.. I'm extremely upset, then when I brought it to their attention they acted so dismissive and repeated to tell me their policies and procedures for the process INSTEAD of making us aware upon signing of the lease. Don't move here! I will not be renewing my lease and can't wait until it's up or maybe thinking about terminating my lease because of these reasons. If I could give negative stars I would.. they don't schedule a time for maintenance, they come when they want to and if the day doesn't work for you they write that you REFUSED service, and you'll have

If i can give a Zero star, i definitely would This place is a mess. The hallways constantly smell bad, and there’s trash left everywhere. It feels like no one cares about keeping the property clean or livable. Noise is a big issue too—good luck getting a decent night’s sleep. What makes it worse is the management. They’re incredibly rude, unprofessional, and make you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking for basic help. Living here has been nothing but frustrating. Don’t waste your time or money

Apartments okay looking they renovated looks way nicer than before. A sauna is advertised they always have it locked in my years of living here never once have been able to use it. Gym equipment is very meh. The maintenance guy does an amazing job and always a pleasure to talk to him. Honestly great place I believe the only cons is the office management and no guest parking of any kind.

I live in park 85. It is a peaceful place compared to my former place. I will recommend this place to you anytime. The office is open for all to lay any problems and your complaints are attended to as fast as possible to make living very comfortable for its occupants.
