Awful Living Conditions & Unprofessional Management I lived in this apartment in extremely poor conditions. The place was infested with cockroaches — in the bed, bathroom, kitchen, behind the sink — literally everywhere. There were even cockroaches inside my oven. Management showed very little concern or willingness to solve the problem. One night at 4 a.m., a pipe in my neighbor’s apartment burst and flooded my entire unit. I lost my bed and dining table that day. I had to call the firefighters myself to break the wall and stop the leak, while management offered no real help. This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone to PLEASE think twice before living here. 🙏

Under the new management, the office crew is Good respectful. Maintenance team great. Property maintenance can't complaint. Neighbors will occasionally be noisy but it's unlikely to get out of control.

This company has excellent customer service. Jelly, the generous person who helped me, was very attentive and helpful. She explained everything I needed to know. I felt right at home. I'll definitely be moving here again.

My car was broken into, when management was told they clearly didn't care. When I moved in there were drawers/cupboards that needed to be fixed that I called about multiple times and put in requests for service. They were still broken when I moved out. My A/C broke in July. I called multiple times to fix it and when I asked when someone would finally come after four hours of waiting I was told I needed to be patient when the temperature inside my apartment was over 100 degrees. I was told when I first moved in that I would be allowed to keep a small grill, unused, on the balcony then was fined for having it and told it was a safety risk to have it in the corner behind a camping chair. Almost all of my interactions with management made me feel like I was a bother to ask for something to be
