I’d love to recommend my amazing apartment community! My husband and I have lived here for 3.5 years, and we just signed another 13-month lease—that’s how much we love it!☺️ The building and amenities are all quite new, and everyone works hard to keep everything in great shape. The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Jennifer—she’s wonderful!❤️ No matter how small my questions are, she always responds quickly, patiently, and with so much helpful information. I truly appreciate her professionalism and wisdom. I also have to highlight the maintenance and cleaning teams. This place is becomingly increasingly unreasonable in their requirements of residents and even guests. They are now requiring a daily $2 parking fee for any guests to park, despite ample open space in the parking garage. Guests are also not allowed to park for more than 72 hours per week and need to register every 24 hours. If you have any intentions of hosting guests at any point, I would not recommend living here.

The maintenance team here is always quick to respond and resolves issues very efficiently. Every time I submit a request, someone arrives promptly and takes care of the problem. The leasing office staff are also very patient and helpful, always answering my questions and making sure everything is taken care of. I really appreciate the consistent support from the whole team. I would definitely recommend this community.

Was a resident here for almost 5 years. Park 5940 is a lovely complex visually. Safe and great amenities. The maintenance team is amazing. But despite that, the office and management is truly what leaves this place to less than desirable. The employees in the leasing off are disrespectful and rude. They are never concerned about your issues. And downplayed many things. The move out process was a disaster and was charged months later for unnecessary things.

I would add half a star if I could. We moved to 5940 nine years ago, and while we've had problems in the garage and with a few packages, don't believe those are unique to this property. What keeps us here is its location next to UTSW (for employment); the pleasant condition, appearance and management of the facility; the amazing maintenance team; and in particular, the overall environment. The residents are mostly young professionals associated with the UTSW system and are very quiet and respectful. The amenities are 5-star.
