Parisian on Vine Apartments

Huge shoutout to Olga Hains in the leasing office at The Parisian on Vine. Olga is truly the sweetest and honestly the best. She gave me the most amazing tour and went into so much detail, which I really appreciated. She was super honest, humorous, and completely genuine and down to earth. Nothing felt scripted or salesy at all. She answered every single question I had and was always available, which made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. This is my first apartment, so having someone like Olga who was so supportive and reassuring meant a lot to me. She really made me feel confident in my decision and she is a big reason why I ended up signing here. If you are touring or considering living here, definitely ask for Olga. She is absolutely incredible.

I had a wonderful time touring Parisian with Inessa! She was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I love the views of the city and how walkable and bike friendly the location is. I also love the rooftop retreat. I can’t wait to move here. I highly recommend it!

As a current resident, many issues have surfaced & the staff has addressed all of mine thus far. I personally give appreciation to Courtney W. for her white glove customer service for requests made & done on the same day. I was not paid or given a promo for this honest rating.

My husband and I are thrilled to be moving in next month! Olga Hains scheduled an in-person meeting to understand our needs, presented several floor plans, guided us through the leasing process, and went above and beyond to make everything happen for us. We could not recommend her service enough!

When I first moved in here, the experience was phenomenal! The property management did a great job to ensure the building was in good standing. However, over the last 8 months or so, it has been an awful experience. Particularly, the new management has been incredibly unproductive and unprofessional. The maintenance of the building has been 100% neglected, and there have been no solutions offered to paying residents. The trash chute has been down for two months due to a "compactor" issue. The solution offered was to have all residents pile trash outside of a regularly used elevator, which led to bugs everywhere. Management is still collecting a trash fee and not giving residents anything for troubles. I would never lease here again with this current management. They are greedy and incapab
