Parish Grove

This amazing facility offers care for seniors that are on a fixed income. Very clean, efficient, and well managed. Each of the workers I interacted with were very knowledgeable and kind spirited. In the event that you are searching out such a facility for yourself or a family member I would encourage consideration of this great place. Cathedral Towers is located right off of Peachtree Road and the heart of the city of Atlanta/Buckhead.💯

Once left the days got brighter. Ratio Staff to Resident is 4 to 195. They have one service coordinator who does absolutely nothing but leave on time. Apartment hallways have old carpet which traps odors. Some residents apartments are either clutter and or they have a pet that urine all over inside the apartment some units the resident are allowed to live either as if they are homeless or boxes stacked up high like a tower creating a path for entrance and exit. And any problem staff can not solve is thrown and blamed on security to solve. With an inconsiderate lady who makes all final decisions from Ohio who is never actually on the property she doesn’t have a clue the front automatic doors are working sometimes on and off but she handles the finances attitude just immaculate uninviting.

12 year resident of Cathedral Towers/Parish Grove,which  was built 1978 1 bedroom 600 sq ft apartment with ample storage,utilities included The 45 year old building is being renovated Lushly landscaped grounds with resident garden and pergola Staff team of 11, chaplin & 24 hour security who don't always receive their deserved respect. NCR Property. 99-Lease from The Cathedral of Saint Philip in June 2024. National Church Residences now operates as an “elderly residents / low income community”. When owned / managed by the Cathedral, the organization was a “Community for Senior Citizens”. Our previous staff was loved by majority of the residents. The property is now named Parish Grove. The community is now very different. My opinion is just that. My goal is to get out of Parish Grove ASAP. Unfortunately, HUD housing communities are 18 mo. / 2 year waitlist.😩🙏🙏 P.S. indoor photos are inaccurate!!!😓

Parish Grove is an amazing place and has been a life saver for my Dad. He is very happy there. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is helpful and kind, and his apartment is clean and spacious.
