Parc West.

Parc west was my mgmt for almost 10 years. I had good and bad experiences but overall Sam and Erin are good mgmt agents. The apts are nice modern and reasonably priced. I recommend you use your own judgement.

Had an apartment here it flooded multiple times. Had days where there was no hot water. Was unable to get packages here because tenets had a habit of stealing. There are only 6 visitor spots so parking when you have visitors is very hard and management was no help with this issue. And rent was very expensive and not worth the cost for the apartment I was on.

Run far alway - lack in maintenance no hot water for full day and no response to call into the office. They don't care about their tenant only concern is their rent being paid. You are just a # to the management team in which are out of NJ... Don't rent from them.

Parc West is in close proximity to any store you could possibly need. The staff is very helpful and is on top of repairs and requests. The 1 bedroom apartments are spacious and open, especially the renovated units. You cannot beat the value when considering location, sqft, and price.

Wish you could give no stars. Do not move here. Management and Maintenance are unresponsive and usually give excuses. Property is not well kept. Tenants do not care about common areas and do not clean up after themselves. Move ANYWHERE else. Not worth the money or headache of moving or living here.
