Parc Vue Living

This is my second review for this apartment complex because nothing has improved. It’s becoming clear they have a high turnover rate, and every new hire seems to be told not to respond to complaints at all. When you go higher up, someone will reassure you that things will be taken care of—only to go right back to silence. You don’t have to take my word for it—walk around the property and you’ll find more people than you can count on your hands with the same story. They charge a maintenance fee, yet no one seems to be getting actual maintenance done. I’ve been asking for my bathroom to be fixed since the day we moved in, and they still can’t seem to get this basic function working. It’s unacceptable. Kevin is the most professional and respectful maintenance worker I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with since moving into my apartment in May. He is thorough and punctual. As soon as I let him know of something that needs to be addressed in the home he is ready to come out and make sure it is done. Since May till today I’ve been waiting on blinds for my windows and have always gotten the runaround from other maintenance workers and Kevin came and did them for me quickly and efficiently. He’s fixed other numerous things that needed fixing in the home and has helped with so much in the little time he’s been around here more than anyone else in the 4 months that I’ve been living here. Thank you so much Kevin. You are very much appreciated!

DO NOT LIVE HERE, EVERY SINGLE APARTMENT HAS BLACK MOLD, MY APARTMENT HAS IT MY DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR HAS IT AND THE PICTURES ARE FROM THE PEOPLE ACROSS FROM ME WHO MOVED OUT, THIS PLACE HAS KNOWN FOR MONTHS AND DOES NOT CARE, THEY RESPON TO REVIEWS LIKE MINE SAYIN THEY CARE AND WILL FIX IT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, I CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH WHEN I SAY DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE — Ongoing Nightmare Since Day One I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other families looking for a safe and functional place to live: do not move into this complex. From the day we moved in, it’s been one issue after another — and almost none of them have been resolved. We moved in to find no toilet installed, a broken shower, holes in the doors, and a literal hole in the bathroom floor. Our unit was never properly cleaned or updated before move-in, despite promises. To this day, we still don’t have basic things like blinds or functioning bathroom fixtures, while other empty units are fully renovated around us. We’ve reached out to management multiple times, and while they’re aware of the situation, the issues have either been ignored or brushe
