Parc Vista

Having resided here for nearly a year, I've found the environment to be generally tranquil and pleasant. The property management demonstrates a discerning approach to tenant selection. The rental rates are competitive within this locale. The absence of assigned parking is the sole drawback I've encountered, as securing a space late at night can occasionally be challenging.

We found these place in November and love it. Everyone in the leasing office was professional during our leasing process. Our manager is great. We love the fact that each community is being monitored with parking. The community rules that are in place are strict but work wonders for a peaceful community. After working all day you come home, relax and enjoy the fact you do not need to worry about loud neighbors. The units are new or fairly new , so maintenance in each is bare minimum. This is a plus as most rental units are falling apart and you can never get anyone to come and fix any issue.

Living at parc vista has been one of the most uncomfortable experiences i've came across. The community is very noisy. the units are awfully small for almost 2.5k monthly. They have dog feces laying everywhere. Such an inconvenient place to park and enjoy a nice time with family. Its so chaotic to live there. I do not recommend this complex to anyone. The manager Dalvis is such unpleasant person over all. Just the way he speaks lets you know he thinks he owns the place. I am so unhappy with my living experience at this place. I am so happy I found somewhere else to live so much more welcoming and less chaotic. Trust me you will not be able to enjoy living here. Rent somewhere else!!

Moved in July 2022 and everything has been very smooth and peaceful! The leasing office staff is the BEST, they’re very kind & quick to resolve any issues. They do an amazing job at making us feel like this is a community and they care about us. Very well-kept community and now with The Yards a few steps away, we have entertainment, food, drinks, and local vendors whenever we please! Highly recommend :)

Super bad experience with the location at 277 West 76th Street, the units are quite small for 2.5k per month, nothing it's included, parking is limited and you have to park outside the premises if your car is not registered. The Property Manager, his name is Delvis, super unprofessional, he talks to you with no respect, he is loud and will tell you whatever he needs to tell you in front of people. If a violation has occurred he will leave the notice in your door where anyone can pass by and read it as well. When he passed the inspection on my apartment to be returned, he claimed that he had to charge me $600 because they needed to paint my unit, even thought no painting was necessary, all scratches and holes were fixed accordingly as per the contract, but when we contacted this guy due to
