My two favorite ladies that work in the front is Violeta and Miriam they always helpful when you in need. These apartments start off as nice when you get in there but over the months you have been there you start to see roaches the AC unit leaks through the walls in the maintenance guys do not know what they're doing when it comes to maintenance request the moment you move out they will keep your deposit so don't ask for it back you're not going to get it back they're going to find some kind of way to keep your deposit they paint over the walls the only thing you're paying for upgrade is the kitchen the outlets on there don't even be intact. I would not advise anyone to move to these apartments

This place deserves negative stars. To start, Denise and Anita are two of the most disrespectful unprofessional managers I've ever deal with at any company. There has been so many complaints about roachs ac not working cleanliness of the property and just resident hospitality. These apartments are infested with bugs and when you inform them they tell you want you want to hear just to get you out of their hair. Then when we left the apartment will they charge you any and every fee to get back at you. These people do not care about a person's health or anything other than trying to make an extra dollar off of you. Very poor management and I feel sorry for everyone that is having to deal with it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE IF ABLE TO DO SO.

Violeta was very professional and helpful. I was treated with respect and kindness. I definitely recommend moving to these apartments.

I called Miriam the leasing agent at Parc Lake Bayshore. She was the most professional leasing agent I have ever worked with. She assisted me in so many ways. I really appreciated her customer service and honesty. I will be moving there next weekend and I am so excited about my new apartment. Kudos to her and the management team. Miriam is a GREAT asset to your property.

This place WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT! My mom told me today, after 2 months, that they took her deposit stating her carpet had to be replaced!!!! Where??? Show her the pictures if it was damaged! Send her some paperwork first since they haven’t contacted her since the day she gave them her keys back! No security deposit statement, no word about anything until we had to call today separately in order to see what’s going on. I just want her deposit back!!! She stated that her carpet was replaced but really, we went by after a neighbor told her that they replacing everything because it was only partially upgraded and they wanted to make it fully upgraded instead. They just replaced the tub because of mold but now, they took it out just to steal her deposit! That’s what they do! Please take all t
