My transition to my apartment went as smoothly as possible. Lisa was so wonderful- she guided me through the process. She took time out of her day to make sure that all details were handled correctly. I absolutely love my apartment and the community. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My family and I recently moved into the apartment homes. And I'll be the first too say there we're something's I didn't quite understand a Lisa was patient with me and took her time explaining and helping me understand. She work tirelessly to get things ready for my family to move in and she has been very helpful since day one and is a blessing. I would strongly recommend everyone having the opportunity to meet Lisa at least once. She's unforgettable thanks Lisa

The parent company is obviously terrible. There have been 6 or 7 managers in the last year. They dont want to fix anything. I lived 5 months with my a/c unit off at the breaker. They can't even keep the dumpster bill paid so they get picked up correctly. The apartments are falling apart. No one picks up after there dogs & the children trash everything!

Out of my 2 years of living here ADRIAN IS THE BEST !!!! HE GETS THE JOB DONE !!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 HE HAS ONLY BEEN HERE ABOUT A MONTH AND IVE SEEN A CHANGE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR THE BETTER !!! All my maintenance issues I’ve had over the past year he came and got everything needing work on FIXED in a timely manner !!! Sweetest person and engages with everyone !!!! If I could give more stars I would !!!! ❤️ he will NOT DISAPPOINT YOU !!! 🥳🙌🏽😊

I've been waiting for months to either have my dishwasher fixed or get a new one, depending on who I've talked to. Nobody seems to be communicating stuff. I've had to tell my story 3-4 times becuz there's always a new face when I go down to the office. I was told last week that somebody would be by the next day to replace my dishwasher; then, nobody showed. I even moved my schedule around so that I would be home. The next day when I went to the office, the door was locked. This is both frustrating and aggravating.
