Caspian Hills Apartments

These apartments are astoundingly nice and affordable compared to others. There is a long waiting list for that very reason. Yes, they are hard to get into because of the quality and price value this close to the city of Nashville. Bellevue is only fifteen to twenty minutes away. There is limited availability because most of those who are fortunate enough to get in here probably don't want to move. In my opinion, you won't find a better place in the suburbs or outskirts of Nashville for this price (at least not any that aren't run down and grungy). The apartment manager and maintenance personnel are real, salt of the Earth people and kind. Been trying to get in these apartments for awhile, called 3-4 times and left 2 messages with no return call. Stopped by twice and only some guy at the desk was there and said the main lady would be back but didnt know when. Turned in my application 2-3 weeks ago and havnt heard anything, im a single dad and trying to get an apartment for me and my 2 kids. They are making it very hard. Starting to get frustrated!

They don't deal with neighbors even after some were assaulted my neighbor at the moment has a drug problem and is always out side getting drunk. DONT LIVE HERE PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET IT THE MAINTENANCE IS ALWAYS BUSY BECUASE OF DUMB RESIDENTS SO PROBLEMS ONLY MAINTENANCE CAN FIX ALWAYS TAKE A MONTH

The website says pet friendly but the new ownership has changed the rules and hasn't changed it. The manager wouldn't even listen to the fact that my cat has service animal certification. Never even saw an apartment but the fact that it is so unprofessionally run makes it not worth it anyway.

I rented here when they first opened. The management was horrible, the neighbors were obnoxiously rude and hateful, management just allowed the problems to go on. People fighting, police being called almost everyday. I would never recommend this place. If I could give zero stars I would.
