Parc Claremont Apartments

I been here on my 2nd year lease. And the reason I decided to extend my contract with Parc Claremont is because I love it . Since the beginning Nancy office manager was great and very helpful in helping me with the whole paperwork moving process. Ralph the maintenance man is very nice and friendly, he is very good in his work and gets orders done quickly. It feels nice to know you can count on the staff they gets things done when you need help with something. Thank you 😊

Just moved in a week ago and it has been a rough start. Clogged bath tub. Whoever lived in my unit previously left so much hair in the bath drain it is disgusting. Outlets are upside down and some do not work. Two of the blinds are broken. I requested work orders and no response. I should have done the walk through before signing. That is on me. Hopefully when Nancy comes back I get help.

Lived here for 6 years and i definitely have some pros and cons to say. PROS: Ralph our maintenance guy was the absolute BEST. He was always there to help us with any issues and he worked immediately to get it solved. Throughout our 6 years living here, he never once disappointed us. There is a washer and dryer in unit. The patio is a good size. The neighbors are really nice. Cons: PARKING!! Parking is horrible here. I can’t stress that enough. If I had anyone over they would have to park a block away and walk. Homeless come and dig through the trash. The front gate code never worked the entire 6 years of us living there so when we had visitors after hours we’d have to walk out to get them. The building is very old so don’t expect new appliances or features. All in all we were very happ

I had an issue with my rack in my closet it fell down. Ralph was great he ordered new brackets that holds more weight. He did a great job in a timely manner. I have always had a good experience here since Ralph came. We also have a great lady Nancy running the office. I love how she always does special stuff for the tenants. This place is a gem. It's quiet and clean and it's gated. Thank you Ralph and Nancy for making it a great place to live. We appreciate you.

Management is awful here. I’ve been here for 9 months and she is very unprofessional. When we moved in the rug was dirty and the balcony had dog poop that was stuck to the floor and it smelled like urine. I can’t wait for my lease to be up.
