We are grateful to Stephen, the Leasing Manager, for making our transition to the new residence smooth and pleasant. His commendable character was a reward in itself.
They need to do better at customer service. I cant get in touch with anybody local its routed to customer service. I don't know how in the world I get denied when I was just told I could move in with conditionals then it gets denied when I was just sent a welcome to your new home email. I really hope they fix this as many fees as these places want just to run your information.

Awful management response. My son's apartment flooded due to maintenance personnel mishap & they just put fans out. Didn't wet vac water up or anything. A month later his car was broke into. Don't rent here!!
