Parc at Cherry Hill Apartment Homes

if no stars was options, i would've done that. this apartment building is not clean, I don't know how it passes health inspections when it smells like cigarettes and marijuana all the time. If it doesn't smell like that, it smells like trash. There is no security around. I had a package left at my door and came home to it torn open and someone went through it. I have proof from amazon it was delivered closed. I sent complaints to management and did not hear anything back, even after following up. The only time they answered was when I sent in my official termination.

Corazón was so unbelievably helpful during this hard time of trying to find a new place! During my tour I felt a sense of comfort and ease with her knowledge to all the questions and concerns I had! It was absolutely a great experience to say the least! She made it that much easier to decide on our next steps!

I recently gotten a tour from this place, the lady who gave us the tour Corazon I believe was great. She was informative about not just the building and the amenities like the gym they have on the first floor but the area in general especially. So it was a awesome experience overall

I currently live at Parc and of course with any place you will have some maintenance problems, but I can say when I run into an issue it’s always resolved in a timely manner. I love my apartment and if you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable, and quiet neighborhood I would recommend Parc. I really enjoy living here. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I need something. The property is kept clean, and I appreciate how quiet and peaceful it is—it really feels like home. I can’t forget about the property manager Melissa. She’s always responsive and quick to address maintenance requests. She’s very easy going and easy to communicate with. She also makes living here stress free. I would definitely recommend Parc. I toured PARC recently and was so impressed with how Corazon handled all my questions. She is polite and very professional! Touring different places can be overwhelming, but she is the friendly face you need!
