Parc @ 5 Apartments

Just moved here a couple weeks ago and everything has been great. Dora’s eagerness to help the move despite a short amount and time and other factors has made us glad that we chose Parc@5. The apartments are super nice and amenities are great. As a first time renter, I was unfamiliar with the process but everything was smooth and I highly recommend renting here!

This place is fraud when tenants are paying high rent the manager allow people from the outside to park in the future guess parking overnight without charging them any fees as they wait for tenants to get out to get their vehicles but if tenants parking in a parking space on other areas they tow your car when you are paying the rent and they know of your vehicles without taking any responsibility. I saw people from the front house coming in with a key to use the gym and pool with a key to the property allow by the manager to come in where tenants are paying a lot as they are stealing from their tenants. I've been a resident for the past 2 years, now for a thorough run down of my residence here: Pros: The maintenance staff were always on top of their daily duties and very respectable. Tickets for anything that needed to be repaired with the apartment or outside was taken care of in a quick and timely manner. Areas like the gym, pool, parking lot, walk ways and laundry rooms were always clean well. If you are a family with children there are other families to make friends which I thought was nice. If you prefer to keep to yourself it was really easy to as well never had altercations with other residents here if anything we all bonded about how expensive this place was getting. Almost a week in at this location and very pleased. We were in between selling and buying a new house and needed a short term rental. Dora was awesome and walked us through the whole process and helped us move in right on time. Based on Doras professionalism and service we knew if this location had someone like that running the place we were confident that it was a good location. Been very quite and pet friendly so far and the family likes it. Good atmosphere. Happy camper so far.

Very nice clean place to live. Price is High compared to other similar locations. The only downfall during the time I lived there was that my car was broken into 8 times and other neighbors vehicles stolen. The acting management at the time did little to nothing to prevent future crime. Their response to me was “ get an alarm and make sure you have full coverage” pretty much not their problem. That’s the reason we left. For the amount you are paying they should have 24hr security patrolling the property.
