I absolutely love living here. The leasing office staff Madelayne, is always so kind and helpful whenever I need assistance. She truly goes above and beyond for residents. Jesus, the maintenance guy, is also amazing. Always quick to respond and very professional with any requests. The buildings were recently painted, and they look absolutely beautiful. The property is well-maintained, and the whole community feels fresh and welcoming. I really appreciate that my apartment comes with two assigned parking spots, so I never have to worry about looking for parking. Most importantly, I feel safe and secure living here, even when I get home late at night. I also love how perfectly located it is. Close to everything I need, from shops to restaurants and highways. Living at Paraiso Gardens has been nothing short of a nightmare. Management is completely unhelpful and only seems to care about bringing in new tenants instead of taking care of the people already living here. The ONLY person who is actually helpful is the maintenance staff. There is NEVER any parking, kids are not allowed to play outside, and we are constantly dealing with theft. Mail has been stolen, cars have been taken right out of their parking spots, and strangers come onto the property at night to smoke and sell things right on the street. Despite all of this, there are no security cameras around the property except a small set at the very front entrance. Safety clearly isn’t a priority here. The rules they enforce are ridiculous—tenants arent allowed to decorate outside children

Don’t live here. Been here 4 years. Gotten my car stolen from my parking spot twice! Another time they broke into my other car and stole the airbag. Management does absolutely nothing. One time, a lot of tenants complained and management “supposedly” installed cameras (which are nowhere to be found) and they hired a security guard for about a month. It’s a joke. They don’t care about their tenants. Rent is raised every single month. And all they do is complain about everything you do while living there. Horrible.

These peoples are thieves. They lied about me Having damages in the apartment when i moved out. I wrote a several letters and emails and voice mails and no one ever got back to me. My car was broken into twice while living there and the management did nothing about it. They took 880 from my deposit stating I had scratches on the refrigerator from pictures I had. They startedI con there was 7 doors that needed to be repainted. I painted the the apartment before leaving and I only had a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with 5 doors in total including my front doorway. I do not recommend anyone to live here. I contacted several lawyers they all informed me they had a lot of law suits on previous tenets. Beware I don't want anyone to go through the headache I went through.

For 2 days straight attempted to communicate with a living soul at this community, no voicemail, no email communication, they have a large banner on the exterior advertising leasing yet on the door of their office have a note stating that there's no vacancy. If attempting to get information is this difficult, I can't imagine the service for those living there
