Paragon Mill Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Paragon Mills located at 144 Delaine St, Providence, RI 02906. The property is always very clean and well-maintained, which makes it a comfortable and welcoming place to live. The common areas are kept neat, and the overall upkeep of the building really stands out. One thing I especially appreciate is how quick and responsive the maintenance team is. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, they’ve come out promptly and handled the issue efficiently. It’s reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and resolved quickly. Paying rent is also simple and convenient, which makes the whole process stress-free each month. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive living experience, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-

Update: The “owner” replied to my review and said that there is an option to schedule a tour or call during business hours. This is completely false. When you click to schedule a tour on their website, it doesn’t allow you to submit. You can submit as many inquiry forms as possible, but they don’t reach out to you. If you email them directly, they don’t respond. If you call them during business hours multiple times a day, there is no answer, nor an option to even leave a voicemail. If this owner is at all interested in actually improving their building leasing, they would read the numerous negative reviews on the exact same issue instead of just reply with blanket standard response language. I attempted to do a tour. I spoke on the phone with someone regarding this and booked an apartment tour. I drove straight off of a 16 hour evening/night shift from Boston all the way to Providence for this tour. No one answered the door and then no one answered the phone. When I called back again and finally got someone they told me they had no openings...unsure why a tour was booked with me...To everyone looking into this place, don't bother.

Not a very good experience almost stayed homeless waiting on tomorrow and tomorrow I finally got an answer from Barbara telling me I dont qualify and ALY later that day I called Aly so she can explain why and how I don't qualify and all I got was an automated message that she went for vacation lol .after talling me I didn't qualify because I make too much I don't know where they getting there calculations from but I was offered another unit that I know I cannot afford according to Barbara I do qualify so my application fee was taken just to say I don't qualify after I told Christine the new manager my yearly income before applying mind you I had applied before when first construction took place and I was granted a unit. Humm they need to be investigated. we can't not all be wrong. Scam!

Aside from all of the bad reviews left by people who were not approved or didn’t even get to physically see the apartments, this place is beautiful. The neighbors are polite and don’t really bother you, it’s super quiet! There’s Never an issue with parking because of the amount of spaces made available to us & the manager melissa is a sweetheart, moving in was quick and easy. If I could Give this place 6 stars I would, it’s hard to find a good spot like this in providence that is affordable these days!!
