Paradise At Parkside Apartments

BIG mice and roach problem. I’m 7 months pregnant with a 2 year old. Everytime i leave my house theres mice droppings on our beds, they tore up carpet all over my counter and stove all over the bathroom their droppings are everywhere. theres not just one or two but a WHOLE family of them running around the unit imagine the other units in my building and the others. Not safe for little ones!! I’ve only been here for 7 months and already looking to move when lease is up. SMHH

As a housing stability case manager for the city I've had a few clients in and out of here on a rapid rehousing subsidy. Horrible management, squalor living conditions, violence on the property. Tenants are treated like animals. No respect. My client's unit failed inspection twice over the span of a month and Paradise neglected to do anything to improve the conditions. She reported rodent infestation, a broken window, multiple leaks, etc. then one day came in and the ceiling was gone. Picture here. Do better.

It should be a crime to house humans this way. The entire neighborhood and the neighboring school and other apartment complex is infested with Rodents inside and outside. Unfortuantely, we are now dealing with more Racoons and Fox sightings on top of the Rats outisde due to the terrible cleaning from the workers. Now on the inside they are literally playing around the apartment all day. You can hear them in the walls all night and by the time u wake up the next day they have droppings all over the counters and stove. I dont even allow my son to play on the floor.

It’s terrible around here the staff are terrible and I hate the system they have set up it’s mouse infested and roach infested they need to do better

I just moved here in April and already having issues, first the mice, then the toilet kept filling up going down slow so I purchased a plunger but the last time I tried to use it water came up in my tub then starting leaking down into mt kitchen wall, soaked the cabinets where my food was,, brown water all in my icemaker, toaster oven and toaster. I told them what happen and they said my renter's insurance would have to pay for it. Of course I was pissed so right now I am seeking legal counsel because this mess is their fault and I want them to pay for all of my stuff that got messed up, mainly all the food I had to throw away. PISSED!!!!!
