DONT MOVE HERE!!! The apartment was not ready for move in. Missing light covers, sink stoppers, dirty, roaches…pool was closed ALL summer, given the incorrect parking space… Now it’s been over a month trying to get the deposit back and keep getting excuses. Attorney here we come! You now owe 2 times the amount! And don’t tell people to call the office bc most times they don’t answer! If you’re truly sorry for these bad experiences then actually do something to make it better!

Roach invested nightmare! “As a United States veteran, I’ve faced challenges in far-flung places, but nothing prepared me for this roach-infested battleground. The property management’s negligence is appalling. They sprayed neighboring units, turning my apartment into a roach sanctuary. If they don’t act soon, I’ll rally my fellow veterans through the VFW. This was my first apartment ever. I’m young, but with these apartments I had a near death experience! let me explain, initially when moving in, I never received a copy of my paperwork as requested. The Maintenance workers are family members of the managers of Papago apartments, who don’t have to follow the rules , and don’t even do there job. Both maintenance guys stayed right underneath me when I stayed at Papago and for MONTHS my kitchen and bathroom sink were leaking . I Continued to call and leave messages no call back, never a knock at the door. I had to see the maintenance guy one day just for him to tell me to call to put in another order ! I did that, because what am I to do. Needless to say, by the time they came to fix the leaking problem, which, turned into a flooded kitchen e

This place does have roaches. Before we moved in we asked the manager if there were any roaches on the property. She said no. That was a lie. I would have to constantly call the office for ONE maintenance request. It took about a whole month to finally get my request fulfilled. Can not wait to move out. If you are the type to just let things go with the flow then this would be your place to live because you'll never get a hold of the manager if you need something, she is rarely in the office during business hours. I have moved in with my boyfriend to this complex 3 months ago and it has been nothing but awful the entire time. I already knew from spending time there that I did not like these apartments but I lived with my mom and we did not have the means to find a new apartment right away. Lets start with the issues: 1. They have cockroach problems. It is so gross and I cannot believe they do not do anything about it. 2. There maintenance people apparently do not exist. Our garbage disposal broke last month and water was leaking from underneath out kitchen counter. This issue still has not been fixed not matter how many times it is brought up. 3.
