Quiet complex. Most of the people here are mid 20s and up, with a few families. Gated with nice greenery throughout. The condos themselves vary on the inside since theyre all independently owned, so there's a mixture of outdated and remodeled. Small gym with the essentials only: weights, treadmill, and cycle. One small pool and jacuzzi. Exit through the back gate and you have a quiet, well kept cemetery and the green belt where you can go on walks.
I bought a condo here. I'm never leaving. It's My Favorite Spot in the World.
Moved in a year ago. Big fan.
Park needs some upkeep and folks need to keep their aggressive dogs on a leash.
I have owned a unit for a few years. Great choice.
